This eliminated the need for infrastructure such as buildings and classrooms. It also accepted programming contracts from business establishments in Olongapo and Manila areas. The school was incorporated and proceeded then to offer two-year computer courses from rented premises at National Highway, Kalaklan, Olongapo City with fewer than 100 students. The student population grew to about 150+ and the courses offered became more varied, to include four-year bachelor courses. Realizing the need for better facilities and more space, COMTEQ moved to its present location in the SBMA. COMTEQ workstation was also moved from Kalaklan to the same building in SBMA. In late 2010, after the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority decided to use the school lot as space for a new shopping mall, the COMTEQ College Campus moved to a new location.
